BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please take a moment to read our booking terms before reserving your lesson. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us, we’re always happy to help!

BOOKING & PAYMENT

• By submitting a booking request through our website, you agree to the prices listed on our website.
• Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our team.
• We’ll do our best to respond within 12 hours. If your request is urgent, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram.
• A deposit of IDR 200,000 per person is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by bank transfer before your lesson begins.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your lesson will receive a full refund of the deposit or can be rescheduled free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your lesson will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.
• If you’re feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to find another available time.
• If weather or ocean conditions are unsafe, we’ll happily reschedule your lesson at no additional cost. Your safety always comes first.

SURF LESSON POLICIES

To ensure the best experience for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

• Bookings are required in advance. We do not accept walk-ins.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your lesson.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your lesson depending on instructor availability.
• Lesson times and surf locations may change depending on tides, weather, and wave conditions.
• Lessons last approximately 90 minutes in the water.

SAFETY & LIABILITY

• Your safety is our highest priority.
• Our instructors are experienced, certified, and trained to choose the safest conditions based on your level.
• Surfing is an adventure sport and naturally involves some risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all instructions given by your instructor.
• Beyond the Break is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or damage to personal equipment, except where required by law.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

• The ocean changes every day. We may adjust the lesson time or location to provide the safest and most enjoyable conditions possible. Light rain usually doesn’t affect lessons, but strong winds, dangerous waves, or unsafe ocean conditions may require us to reschedule.

FINAL NOTES

• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are per person.
• By booking a lesson with Beyond the Break, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
